5 November 2026. Terms of Service 1.2, Privacy Policy 1.2, Creator Agreement 1.2 and a new Cookie Notice 1.2.

Creators can now add a YouTube channel, a podcast, a website or posts from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, and a page goes live, unverified, while Izak checks the channel is theirs. Part B of the Terms covers this, and the Creator Agreement sets out the rates, what is deducted first, and when the rate on your own products drops from 15% to 10%. The Founding 50 rate lock is gone. You can switch off training on your data with “Let Izak learn from my activity” in Settings, and switch it back on at any time. Small or private waters are shown only by region. On the website, analytics runs only if you say yes; in the app, you can switch usage statistics and crash reports off with “Share usage statistics” in Settings › Privacy and data. The new Cookie Notice lists everything we store on your device.

We removed drafting notes and placeholders, filled in notice periods (30 days), and made our wording clearer. Izak trains its own models, and no other company may train its own models on your data through Izak. Izak Pro can be bought on fishwithizak.com or through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and section 10 of the Terms explains billing, cancellation and refunds for each. The Terms now ask you to acknowledge the Privacy Policy rather than agree to it. The address for copyright notices is copyright@fishwithizak.com.
